Kimutai is a Mediator & Advocate of the High Court of Kenya with a wide range of experience in advising people and creating innovative solutions to complex legal, social and commercial situations.
In 2021 I moved from Nairobi the capital city of Kenya, to Eldoret a town on a high plateau on the other side of the great rift valley and deep into the hinterland. It has been a positive move as far as quality of life for the family and I continue to conduct mediations.
Some are for the judiciary and they run a wide spectrum, the private mediations tend to now be family and inheritance matters. So things have changed and so has my appearance, now just past 60 years am hoping to morph into a ‘silver fox’ but health is what is important and to that extent I am blessed.
Kimutai assists parties at an impasse in their attempts to resolve disputes with familial or commercial partners, yet find the prospect of litigation both time consuming, expensive and ruinous to otherwise amicable, profitable partnerships.
